Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all clients and to honor the time reserved for each service, Sacred Order Beauty maintains the following booking policies:
Deposits:
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to retain your deposit.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations:
Clients who cancel same-day or do not show for their appointment will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
